Narrative

As a user, I can view or download SVG files as I did before Media Viewer, so that I don't have as many issues.

A number of users have complained that they can't download SVG files and that they can't view them as they would like. This issue has been brought up in relation to technical diagrams and maps that are hard to read in the current version of Media Viewer. Since SVG files are a small portion of our image base, it might be better to disable Media Viewer for this format rather than impose these issues on our users.

Mass-removing the Multimedia tag from MediaViewer tasks, as this is now being worked on by the Reading department, not Editing's Multimedia team.

It works, which means it wasn't done :)
MediaViewer's lack of zoom is a problem for maps and diagrams, but there are many SVGs which are not maps/diagrams.
IMO we can generally err on the closing side for tickets imported from Mingle; for the ones that matter, there tends to be a duplicate (which used to be in Bugzilla).
