503 error when trying to log in for non-SUL account

Description

Ruwiki user Ibidem can't login to his ruwiki account, he constantly gets an error message "Our servers are currently experiencing a technical problem..." (full text at https://ru.wikipedia.org/wiki/Википедия:Форум/Технический#Учетная_запись_Ibidem) for over a week, in different browsers and different computers. He is able to login to some other projects, such as Commons, but since he hasn’t created SUL due to a username collision, automatic login from Commons does not work either.

Yeah, sounds like 75462... Does logging in with another account work?

Problem with error 503 exists till now in russian, english and german wikipedias. There are absolutely no problems with another accounts, only with account Ibidem.

Please, help me to solve this problem. From this account was written article of year, and more than 7 k edits.
