Advanced search namespace selector has no effect

Description

  1. Visit https://www.mediawiki.org/w/index.php?title=Special%3ASearch&profile=advanced
  2. Click "none"

I. Observed: nothing happens.
II. Expected: checkboxes are unselected.

Related to https://gerrit.wikimedia.org/r/178236 ??

  1. Deselect some checkboxes one by one, click "search" (after entering some keyword)

III. Observed: Special:Search reloads, with the original namespaces selected, and performing a search on those.
IV. Expected: my selection is respected.

Confirmed ... reproduced behavior on both www.MediaWiki.org and test2.wikipedia.org [1.25wmf12 (1d22bb3)] at the moment.

I could not reproduce this behavior (selecting none or all executes as expected and selections remained respected) on en.wikipedia.org or en.wikisource.org [1.25wmf11 (038c7a8)] however.
