Description

I always get a "globally blocked" message after any IP (blocked or not) when running a rangecheck for example, aka "get users". The only exception is when it's locally blocked already, the message disappears. Looking for this message to disappear when not globally blocked.

I can't reproduce this locally. Is this still happening or has any other user reported this?

Cannot say that I see it when I am running checks for my tasks with my rights (meta and enWS). I don't have the rights on enWP so cannot comment about that environment.
