Description

Critical for obvious reasons. The test should at least get to the step where information needs to be filled in. Importing the image for real might be impractical since on the second run the wiki would whine about a dupe.

First, we need to make all users able to use flickr uploading on beta commons. We could add the selenium user to the appropriate group instead, but since flickr upload for all is something we want to commons proper eventually, might as well setup beta like that right now.
