Cannot re-add removed parameter in TemplateData GUI

Description

If a parameter is added to the TemplateData GUI and then removed it cannot be added again later.

To reproduce:

Open the TemplateData GUI in any template
Add the parameter "foo"
Remove the parameter "foo"
Add the parameter "foo"
