The media dialog shows the previously selected image's name when you change which image is being used

Description

Steps to reproduce:

1.Open a page with VisualEditor
2.Go to Insert>Media
3.Search with any keyword
4.Select an image
5.Click on Change Image button
6.Now pick another image

Observed Result:
It still shows the previous image's name on top of the caption field
