Description

When a task's comment gets edited, Emails should be sent to subscribers.

Only the last comment?

The user could be asked whether notifications should be sent or not.

What I mean is that I don't see a reason to receive a notification only when the last comment has been edited, and not any other comment in a task.

I changed title and description.

Please provide a specific example / usecase.

Might be useful in the context of T1185: Rate limit or restrict access to comment removal (and the lack of this feature)

Example: I added a screenshot to my last comment, but didn't receive an email.
