When I create tasks with summaries which closely resemble existing tasks, I don't get any suggestion or warning that a similar task exists. This makes task creation a double step task, compared to bugzilla where I can often avoid searching among existing bugs before filing a new one.

Duplicate detection upon task creation is essential for our issue tracker not to become a pile of garbage.
