Impact to donors: lets them know of the delay in receiving their TY letter, reduces questions to DS

We would like to have a tailored Alipay thank you page (in Chinese, English would be nice too) so that it can leave the following disclaimer on the page:

Please note it may take up to 7 business days to receive a receipt for your donation.

We already have this translated in Chinese, and do something similar for BPay and iDEAL donors. Is it possible to have a special link for Alipay so we can warn donors of the delay in confirmation?
