Investigate production and/or beta requirements for Sentry

Description

Sentry has already been added to MW-Vagrant and is in early use by the Multimedia team for logging/tracking/assigning JS exceptions. We should investigate what it would take to harden Sentry to the point where it can be reliably used and tested within the beta cluster.

This largely happened in other tasks, I think. See T93138 (initial hardware request), T84956 (packaging and puppetizing), T86677 (initial security review). Do you see the need for anything else?
