As a member of the fundraising team, I want to search for banner names in the dash so that I can view relevant data for my A/B tests.

Requirements:

• Display title "Banner Testing Reports"
• Display a text box that the user can type in (maybe the same as the campaign search?)
• Type-ahead should suggest banner names in a drop down area that match as the user types
• The user can select to add banner names (like a tag cloud) and remove banner names
• Once names are selected and "Get Test" is clicked, display success message with all banner names
