Description

Steps to reproduce:
1.Insert a Basic reference
2.Insert some text inside
3.Click on "Insert" button
4.Now click on Edit on the context menu
6.Change the text and click on "apply changes"

Observed Result:
The change does not get reflected immediately on the context menu , but if you close it and reopen it again you will see the new change there.
