Description

Open the excellent https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/maniphest/report/project/
Hover over the "Oldest (Pri)" column

Result: The tooltip shows "Oldest open task, excluding those with Low or Wishlist priority."

But WMF's Phabricator doesn't have a "Wishlist" priority, it has "Lowest" (formerly "Needs volunteer").

String is in src/applications/maniphest/controller/ManiphestReportController.php and could easily be overwritten as a "translation" in /operations/puppet/modules/phabricator/data/fixed_settings.yaml
