[[Foo|foo]] -> [[foo]] is OK on Wikipedia but not on Wiktionary

[[wikt:hammer]] is different word (and page) than [[wikt:Hammer]]

I guess this means that CC must be completely disabled on wiktionary (and any other case sensitive namespace on any wiki)?

@matej_suchanek I found out there was a patch in cosmetic_changes made by you (rPWBC29111b53c26d2e4b84bc491e45326e6f021c029f), which might fixed this. Is this task still valid?
