Description

I am seeing that sometimes when you open link inspector or autofill citation inspector , the highlighted border of the textbox is not uniform sometimes , its appearing thicker on one side.

I initially thought it happens when there is a different kind of node before or after it, the highlight is acting this way.
But thats not true always. Will see again if its not easily reproducible .
Go to this page:
http://en.wikipedia.beta.wmflabs.org/w/index.php?title=17th_march_chrome&redirect=no&veaction=edit

and if you try opening link inspector before "Page title", the highlight of the border looks fine

But if you open link inspector under Page Title section, the highlight on the lower border of the text box is thicker
