Description

This will allow for distinctions like the PD Help namespace on MediaWiki.org (https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Help:Formatting), which currently has the wrong copyright information in the HTML:

<link rel="copyright" href="//creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/3.0/" />
