When looking at profile pages (this case @Josve05a's page) at 100% size in Google Chrome, not all of the text

is wisable. It looks like it is "cut" off. If I zoom out to 75% I can see it all.

Indeed, thanks for reporting this!
Footer was introduced in and problems with full sidebar on the left were fixed in but this regressed when the new project pane on the left was introduced, as #phabricator-nav-column-background takes width: 40px;.
Quick'n'dirty hack would be to edit phabricator-standard-page-footer by changing margin: 4px 16px; to margin: 4px 16px 4px 56px; or such in the file webroot/rsrc/css/application/base/standard-page-view.css.
