1. Insert Media and in Media Settings dialog box click in Caption on Insert a Special Character icon to expand.
2. Start resizing a window - to make it bigger. Even small increase makes the icon jump to the right.
3. Start making the window smaller(after step 2) - the icon is still stuck on the far right.
