Description

When a user has saved data from a previous version (e.g. 4.0.6), they should see a prompt that asks them whether they want to migrate. This will allow people to skip it. We'll need to have follow-on tickets to refine this so that people have a better idea how long the migration might take and are fully aware that they will lose their data.
