Description

In the following discussion: https://sv.wikivoyage.org/wiki/Wikivoyage:Salongen#Other_projects_sidebar_extension there is consensus to activate by default the 'other projects' beta feature on sv:voy.

All the projects available on wikidata should be enabled (as done as well on https://it.wikivoyage.org).
