Should be clear that collection is personal opinion

Description

Better distinguish that collection is a user's perspective on the page itself (no way to mistake that it is W's)

Right now there is an author associated with a collection. If you get to a collection via the author's page, then it is obviously theirs, but if you arrive their via browse it is not obvious enough for the community

"Politicians who stole from the poor" will not be an acceptable collection if there is a reasonable likelihood that someone will confuse it with a wikipedia article. I think that likelihood is there now.
