In the microseconds that follow a blue tutorial overlay and a panel toast show and then the collection editor shows.
Expected:
The button should spin and then the LoadingOverlay should show, I should not see the blue pointer overlay & panel toast until I have exiting the edit collection screen.

I would suggest not showing neigher this CTA nor the paneltoast until you scape the collection editor (otherwise the paneltoast dissapears when you've created the collection).
