@Moushira I made some changes. Also, one thing that's not correct in the FAQ is that usage reports are enabled by default. Therefore, we are collecting and using data, but none of it is user-specific. People can still opt-out, but the default is still to send us data.

What do you think? Should we change the app or the FAQ?

Thanks Brian! Well it currently says "User reports are only sent when you activate the option." we can change this to something like "User reports are only sent when you activate the option. It is enabled by default, but you can easily deactivate it from W menu. All collected data is anonymous". :)

@Moushira I expanded a lot of the Android-related answers. (will probably add more later)

it is in a good shape now I guess. Good for a first FAQ iteration. Awesome job! Happy to close to ticket, while we can always expand it. FYI I am starting a new FAQ, more community oriented and detailed.

@Moushira can you add some information for users on how to contact us if they have issues?

Re: the email thread about people unable to get help through our designated support page (which is just our team page). I’d like to make the FAQ the support page for now on.

It already includes a question about how to file a bug, can include contact us info but, like WP zero FAQ, is it possible to add direct link to the app FAQ from W menu >more--this assures better visibility.

I also updated the app store to send users to the FAQ for support starting
with our next version. That will likely ship next Wednesday or so. If you
can add that information by then it would be awesome!
