I'm not sure if we can do this, because of the following dependency:

pyparsing>=1.4.11,<1.6

while trusty bundles

python-pyparsing 2.0.1+dfsg1-1build1

We also need to build:

timelib
apipkg (only 1.0-1.1build1 is available, >= 1.2 is required)
qserve
sqlite3dbm

I'm inclined to close this as declined. Use virtualenv.
