Hey there! Sorry, we're not sure we understood everything about rights correctly, so it might be messy. What we basically want is to make for Bureaucrats on ArbCom Wiki possible to delete and undelete a page, but not to view the deleted text before the undeletion, so that access to deleted text is always logged. According to https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Help:Undelete the "undelete" right implies "deletedtext", so I assume it's not possible at the moment?

Thanks, @Urbanecm ! We started using the wiki. It says "Please do not start editing this new site. This site has a test project on the Wikimedia Incubator (or on the Beta Wikiversity or on the Old Wikisource) and it will be imported to here" -- I suppose it's a default message and we don't have to wait for anything?

Hi! I'm one of ruwiki arbitrators and I support this request.

Welp, there's one more question. You said we should contact ITS team, which is former WMF-Office-IT, I guess? Project's description says we should contact ITS on https://office.wikimedia.org/wiki/ITS, but the page is limited to paid staff of WMF and Board members. So... How do we contact them?
Hi @Dzahn! I'm also the current arbitrator of the Russian Wikipedia and I support the request. Yes, the proposed scheme will suit us well. I've also seen that English Wikipedia ArbCom uses "arbcom-en@wikimedia.org" e-mail for such purposes, so I would as well like to ask if it's possible for ruwiki ArbCom to use "arbcom-ru@wikimedia.org" e-mail.

Well, I built the library on toolforge from sources, but having it globally still will be highly appreciated.

@Marostegui hi there! I want to analyse some categorylinks data (namely, collect all categories which are reachable from given category), but it's hierarchical and traversing it usually means utilising recursive common table expressions (CTE). It's only supported for MariaDB 10.2+, which is not the case for replica server (which is 10.1.44 AFAIK). So I wanted to ask when such upgrade will be available. Thanks.
