This is on https://www.wiktionary.com as well as https://en.wiktionary.com. If I try to go to https://m.wiktionary.com I get redirected to https://www.wiktionary.com, so what is the "mobile site"? It's definitely a mobile-looking version of the site:

@Aklapper this is on Safari on iOS 16.4.1 (Safari versions follow the iOS version). I looked at HTML (requires a Mac with Safari, then you connect the iPhone with a cable to the laptop and you can open a debugger for the tab from the laptop's Safari) and there's no autocapitalize:
