[Migrated] Option to turn off re-ordering of references

Description

Please provide an option to run the general fixes without ReorderReferences. It's hard to use the software knowing I could be the next target of threads like this one. -@John_of_Reading 16:54, 11 February 2014 (UTC)

This problem has long complained there, there, there, etc.
Why request of users is ignored? No consensus on inclusion of this sort in the "general fixes".
Please make it a separate option.

This request can be closed, since T154089 has made it redundant.
