For patrolling changes at Wikidata made by one user or in one article this would be really helpful, becuase it would make Patrolling more efficient and simple.

Due to the lack of a abbr-element with the class "unpatrolled" on those pages, it's not easy to add this.
I have created a gadget for my local community on hrwiki. See here.
On a History or Contributions page, it puts a red exclamation marker next to edits that have not been patrolled yet. It also shows a counter of unpatrolled edits at the top of the page. Clicking on an exclamation marker will patrol an edit. If there's still interest for this feature, I'd be happy to rework the gadget to accept translations to other languages (thus far it has only been used on hrwiki so it only shows messages in Croatian).
FWIW this has been existing since 2018 at https://www.wikidata.org/wiki/User:Mat%C4%9Bj_Such%C3%A1nek/patrolRevisions.js. Not sure the subtasks are arranged appropriately; I think this task can be closed.
