Description

PLURAL support should be added to Intuition, or PyIntuition, respectively.
That requires a CLDR parser to correctly parse PLURAL messages with the same behavior as MediaWiki to be found, or newly implemented, in Python.

Localized date/time formats should be possible in Intuition.
That also requires to parse CLDR data in the context of Intuition, or PyIntuition, respectively.

As mentioned at https://translatewiki.net/wiki/Translating:Intuition and https://github.com/Krinkle/intuition/wiki/Documentation, plural support already exists and has been used by various tools for several years.

If individual messages are not using it, fix the messages. Report them at https://translatewiki.net/wiki/Translating_talk:Intuition.

The current PLURAL implementation uses MediaWiki. There is an upstream issue at https://github.com/Krinkle/intuition/issues/11 to convert it to newer CLDR-generated rules.
Message https://translatewiki.net/wiki/Thread:Support/About_Intuition:General-last-modified-date/en is already reported there. There is no point in reporting it on Phabricator too. None of the relevant software components are maintained in Gerrit nor do they have their maintainers or issue trackers on Phabricator.
