the automatic addion of the "patch for review" tag lacks the feature to also remove it again after a patch is merged and/or the ticket is closed.

that leads to either tons of tickets with that tag that don't actually have anything to review anymore, which means people won't be using it for the intended purpose,... or it means we have to manually remove it from every single task every single time we merge something

i would suggest to remove the automatic addition unless we can solve the issue how to remove it again on merge
