I reviewed https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Wikimania_2014_bids/London/The_Team.

They don't have active accounts on Phabricator.

@MF-Warburg could you get in touch with them to know if they still need the wiki or request we close it?

I spoke to @Matanya, it seems like he's going to add the links as a steward (stewards can edit locked wikis). So I think we can just do this?

It has been six weeks since we poked Ed. Can we sharpen the stick and improve our aim, or just make that damn decision to close the wiki. The spambots have continued to visit, no edits in 30 days, and global renames.

and @Jdforrester-WMF, I think that you can and should in lieu of silence and disregard from the organising committee.
