Event Timeline
It looks like that's what happened in T61157: Close wikimania2013wiki, so I think so, yes.
I reviewed https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Wikimania_2014_bids/London/The_Team.
They don't have active accounts on Phabricator.
@MF-Warburg could you get in touch with them to know if they still need the wiki or request we close it?
This wiki isn't ready for closing until the videos have been uploaded to Commons and added to each of the talks.
I guess we need a new blocker about getting these videos uploaded somewhere they can be included on wikimania2014wiki.
I spoke to @Matanya, it seems like he's going to add the links as a steward (stewards can edit locked wikis). So I think we can just do this?

It has been six weeks since we poked Ed. Can we sharpen the stick and improve our aim, or just make that damn decision to close the wiki. The spambots have continued to visit, no edits in 30 days, and global renames.
and @Jdforrester-WMF, I think that you can and should in lieu of silence and disregard from the organising committee.
Change 224770 abandoned by Chad:

Ended up being done in I5ab6598b.
