As the DonationInterface payments form gets bigger, we risk pushing the iframe area below the fold. It becomes hard to use our workflow--the spinner while loading is not visible (should be overlaid in the fixed center of the browser window); and the form if and when it loads is not visible (we should scroll there, or open in a lightbox).
