This is a reasonable request, but speaking both as the current product owner for search and the former product owner for the apps, it's incredibly unlikely that we'll ever devote significant time to this task.
Exposing the level of detail that that search form has in a mobile UI in a way that makes sense is nontrivial. It would require a lot of design work in order to make it usable for both readers and editors alike. Additionally, the fact that namespaces can vary from wiki to wiki would mean retrieving extra metadata about the wiki you're looking at in order to reproduce it, which means it's also likely nontrivial to implement. The problem is larger than it seems, and given that the primary audience of the app is not experienced editors, it's unlikely to ever bubble up in priority.
Per @Deskana this is a good idea, but it is not a priority for either Reading or Discovery so I'm going to decline rather than give the impression this is actively a possibility.
