Figure out system for inviting core community members to take satisfaction survey
Closed, ResolvedPublic

Description

We need a bot (or something) that takes a list of users on various wiki projects (T107829) and posts an invitation on their User Talk pages inviting them to take the tech support satisfaction survey (T107217). This might involve writing a new bot or using some existing software.
