Create interfaceeditor group for Hungarian Wikipedia
Change 232241 merged by jenkins-bot:
Create interfaceeditor group for Hungarian Wikipedia
This group was intended to maintain gadgets and other scripts, so we need the appropriate rights after starting "Gadgets 2.0": gadgets-edit, gadgets-definition-create, gadgets-definition-edit (gadgets-definition-delete is not needed, since interface editors are not to delete gadgets).
Is there a consensus to add these other userrights? The discussion linked does not mention these additional userrights, only the ones in the already committed patch.
Yes, there is. The linked discussion's first sentence ends with: "a szkripteket és segédeszközöket is", which means "also the scripts and gadgets". We didn't know what user rights will have Gadgets 2.0, but since this is the main goal of the user group, I think it's clear we have a consensus, but if you like, I can start another discussion.
I think we can stall this, till we have Gadgets 2.0 at that wiki. Before that, no one should have these rights.
If you want these rights, you have to, because we need a community descision every time. But I don't know, who gets this rights you mentioned above, when gadgets 2.0 are deployed at your wiki, so I guess we can wait till gadgets 2.0 is finished, and then you can ask the community, and we can change your config, that is my proposal.
(But I will close this task, because the original task is resolved, and this is a case for a new task, when gadgets 2.0 is deployed)
