For the records, LSG in the summary refers to https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Design/Living_style_guide (please avoid abbreviations).

@Rupinderjit: Thanks for your interest! Please see https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/How_to_become_a_MediaWiki_hacker - the code repository here should be mediawiki/skins/Blueprint I assume.
Also note that this task is assigned to @Volker_E already but not sure if he is actively working on it.
