As was noted in a discussion in ukwiki
the Cite This Page tool provides Cyrillic and other non-Latin URLs percent-encoded. That is a non-convenient format for usage in particular in printed media. It is also too long and thus sometimes exceeds URL length limitations on some platforms.
Percent-encoding should be opted-out for either all wikis (preferable) or just Ukrainian wikis.
