Description

We should be able to know how many surveys have been displayed/seen to judge effectiveness of the survey. We can imagine wanting to tweak visual or text design of the survey to see if more people respond.
Should also measure pageviews (to track and control for what % are not seen at all because user didn't scroll).

How would you imagine this works?
I'm guessing we'd need a new schema as right now we only use Schemas to capture results.
Would two schemas only you to do work this out?
