Perform automated testing of nightlies

Description

With T88069: Add pure python mwparserfromhell to nightlies done in preparation for T106763: Mandatory dependency on mwparserfromhell, it would be useful to perform automated testing of the nightlies.

This could be done on Travis, by deleting the git clone's pywikibot and downloading the nightly, however a Jenkins task could also work (similar to T100903) - even doing non-network tests would be sufficient to validate that the nightly installation is usable.

The code is already tested and I don't see any sense to test it again for the nightlies package which just combines the whole framework including scripts into a zip file.
