Dear friends,

on behalf of Czech Wiktionary community I ask you to change the system time of the project from UTC to CET (+ winter/summer).

The proposal was given at the "Pod lipou" community discussion and got 8 positive comments and no opposition. It follows the similar change made at cs.wikipedia and cs.wikinews last year.
