link tool doesn't work in VisualEditor in mediawiki.org

Description

When I edit a page on mediawiki.org and I try to add a link, nothing happens and I get JS errors:

TypeError: this.internalAnnotationInput.getResults is not a function load.php:233:70
TypeError: this.title is undefined

Unbreak Now because it will go to non-Wikipedias in a few hours and to Wikipedias on Thursday.
