The JS and CSS files from the FundraisingBanners repo can be used ( and replaced by updated versions if necessary ). This is also true for the HTML. The custom css settings were set on top of the code https://wiki.wikimedia.de/wiki/Web:Banner/FR2015_TopBanner_sensitive.

All sever side files are uploaded in the sensitive branch.

+1 looks good.

The close button does not work, probably because the mw object does not exist in common-banners.js (line 5).
