Special:RecentChanges screen should show if 'diff' is current or not

Description

Special:Contributions screen has "(current)" next to the line when it is current, Special:RecentChanges should do the same. Every screen that shows the list of diffs should also show "current" (if there are any other screens like this).

This seems like a duplicate of T10482 as it currently is. Or is this much broader (i.e. apply it to all changes list special pages)?

Special:Watchlist is the only special using the same line builder as Special:RecentChanges that I could find although Special:Contributions uses its own so its possible others could do the same.
