When a MWEntityNodes is inserted in the middle of a paragraph (not at the end), the slug thingies that try to fix cursoring (and cause T119838) are not inserted. In Chrome, this apparently causes visual cursor position not to be updated when cursoring?

This is most easily tested with https://gerrit.wikimedia.org/r/#/c/255937/, which lets you insert them easily.
