[betalabs] Re-open a topic from History - JS error "Could not find .flow-board"

Description

  1. Resolve a topic
  2. Go to 'View history' - click on reopen.

The following error is displayed.

Notes:

  • JS error is displayed only when a topic is reopen from History; reopening a topic from the topic page(permalink) or from a Flow board does not display any errors
  • a topic will be reopen - no loss of functionality
