FY2016Q2 Goal writeup: What have we learned from our pilot of measuring maintenance fraction?
Closed, ResolvedPublic

Description

In our quarterly review, we report on "Learnings, explanatory details about the objective (e.g. illustrations), successes and misses."

3 big Q's to answer:

  1. What is the value (if any) found by teams who measure their maint fraction?
  2. What is the cost (if any) to teams who measure their maint fraction?
  3. How can we use this data to answer, or begin to answer "how much new work can a team take on?"

Any links to wiki pages, relevant Phab tasks, or other materials would be useful.
