Description

The title in the 'beta feature' section of the site should call the feature 'Related pages' instead of read more https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Special:Preferences#mw-prefsection-betafeatures
The title in gray uppercase text should say "Related pages" NOT "Related articles"
The names of the media wiki pages about this should change too.

Are we now renaming the entire project just to be consistent with the extension? I don't get the logic (especially considering Gather)

Not to match the extension name. The title of the card is related articles
and it doesn't match what is in the beta settings. I asked a bunch of
people over the weekend and they all though 'read more' was a prompt to
load more of the article. Related articles is much clearer. I don't think
we have to rename places beyond the beta settings, unless you see an issue
there.
