Adding documentation to TimedText pages directly breaks their rendering.
Yet it's important to add such information on occasion, particularly for copyright concerns, e.g. in case of copyrighted lyrics when fair use is claimed.
A solution would be to display documentation subpages below the TimedText page, as is done by the Scribunto extension for Lua namespace.

Adding just a transclusion of the template MediaWiki:TimedText-footer, which in turn would transclude TimedText talk:{{PAGENAME}}/doc, should simplify things a lot:
- All logic is in the template (detection whether the doc page exists etc.)
- Hopefully no content-type issues thanks to the doc page being in the talk namespace
