Use CentralIdLookup if possible
Closed, ResolvedPublic

Description

CentralIdLookup, a generic mechanism for looking up a "central" ID for cross-wiki features instead of everything needing that functionality having to depend on CentralAuth (and on anything else that might implement global accounts). If you have some sort of cross-wiki login extension that isn't CentralAuth, you'll want to implement this class.

OK, and who should do the QA? @Arrbee, @Legoktm, @csteipp, anybody else?

Uh, I've never actually used ContentTranslation before...just test whatever functionality relies on those code paths and see that they still work? :)
